How can I get rid of aphids on my roses without using harsh chemicals?

Aphids will suck the life right out of a beautiful rose bush, but you don’t have to use strong or dangerous chemicals to get rid of the active little pests. You don’t want to poison the birds, bees or children who might be near the rosebushes, so this method will clean up the problem and not hurt nature and the environment. Buy mild liquid dish soap and pour a little in a bowl or small bucket. Then fill the bowl with warm water. Make sure it makes suds when you put water in the bowl. Then put on some rubber gloves and get a washcloth. This method of getting rid of aphids takes a little work, but the end result and the lower impact on the environment, make it worth a little work. Go out to the garden with your bowl of soapy and your rubber gloves on, and then get the washcloth nice and wet in the bowl. Squeeze some of the soapy water on the affected areas so the areas are doused. With your gloves on hand rub the branches or buds that are affected to remove the aphids that are there already. You want to cover all affected areas with soapy water and get rid of all the live aphids. Then when you are done pour a little more of the soapy water on the plant and leave it to sit. If the aphids come back again, then repeat the process. Aphids can do a lot of damage to roses quickly, so get rid of them right away. This is a nice inexpensive method to use too. Bye aphids!
