How can I keep my feet warm inside in the winter?

Category: Uncategorized

My feet are always cold in my house in the winter. Any tips to keep them warm?

Try first getting your cold feet nice and warm in a hot shower or bath. When you come out, dry them immediately so they don’t have a chance to cool off in the air. You can also soak your feet in a footbath of some type if you don’t feel like getting in the tub or shower. After you dry your feet off make sure you put on warm socks right away, even two pairs if you have a real problem keeping your feet warm. Invest in a decent pair of slippers to help keep your feet warm. Don’t get the cheap ones with no lining because they will do very little to keep your feet warm. The styles in slippers vary quite a bit. There is everything from real or fake fur lined moccasins to high top slippers that really seal the heat in. There are even slippers made with a grain and herbal filling that can be put in the microwave to heat up. They stay warm for awhile and may be just the ticket for someone who has real problems keeping their feet warm. They also have the added feature that they smell great too. You simply put them in the microwave according to the instructions and they can be reheated over and over again. Walking around helps with circulation and keeping your feet warm too. Get on your feet and do a couple chores to keep warm or a few exercises to help you get warm again. Cold feet feel miserable. I hope these ideas help you to keep yours warm. Mama Nono
