How do I am avoid the morning panic getting ready every day?

There is nothing like a little stress to start your day. You can avoid some of the panic by getting into a routine the night before when you have a little more time. Pick the clothes you are going to wear the night before. Make sure you have everything from shoes, to clothing, to accessories all ready the night before. Even include any outer wear like coats or boots. It’s much easier to have everything there ready for you to grab in the morning instead of racing around the house trying to find everything. If you pack a lunch, do it the night before. If you have a backpack or briefcase, make sure they are packed and ready to go. Don’t leave things for the last minute. That will definitely add to your panic every day. If you have children make sure you do the same thing for them and encourage them to begin learning how to do this for themselves. Have the items for breakfasts all ready to go in the morning so that breakfast preparation will not be rushed and you will be able to sit down and enjoy the most important meal of the day. Look at your day planner or calendar to see what you may have coming up the next day, so you are not hit with any surprises in the morning that you forgot about. Do the same thing with children. Kids are notorious for suddenly remembering something at the very last minute. Preventing morning panic is primarily a matter of preparation and being organized the night before. Don’t forget to set your alarm clock. Mama Nono
