Just think about how many varieties of cheeses there are and all the possibilities to vary your diet with them. Tofu is great cubed and stir fried with fresh veggies and served on rice. There are even dessert recipes that use tofu and it is a good source of protein. Nuts in their various from are a wonderful way to get protein in your diet. They are great to snack on. Nuts like almonds are good slivered and added to vegetables. Don’t forget the standard peanut makes peanut butter and a wonderful peanut sauce for dipping or grilling veggies. Nuts are easy to carry around too in a bag or purse and they won’t spoil quickly like meat will. Beans and legumes are also a good source of protein. They are easy to prepare.
