What is an easy way to get the egg off of a frying pan? I hate scrubbing the stuck on mess.

It can take forever to get fried egg off of a frying pan. It’s really bad and even sticks to the nonstick pans. There is a way to get that impossible a mess off of a frying pan without scrubbing until your hands get sore. This simple trick was taught to me a long time ago and it’s amazingly easy. Once you are done cooking in the pan, pour in about an inch of water. Then set the pan back on the burner. Turn the burner back on the low setting and let it heat up a little bit. Leave it there a setting for a little while. Then go back and take hand off stove top. Empty out the heated water, then take a specially equipped with or a wash rag and simply wipe the mess away. If you have left the egg mess on the burner long enough, the cooked on egg should come off easily. You are not trying to boil the water. You’re just leaving it there to warm up and allow the warm water to be absorbed by the dried and cooked on egg mess. Once the dried and cooked egg has absorbed the water it lifts it and loosens it from the surface of the pan. Make sure you don’t turn it on and completely forget about it, and then come back later to find a burned pan. You want to use a very low temperature. This simple technique for removing cooked egg off of a frying pan has saved me a lot of scrubbing. Mama Nono
